We stayed at this lovely place to celebrate a good friend's engagement. The surrounding nature is serene, the indoors has warm charm, and the plentiful amenities like a well equipped kitchen and hot tub are icing on the cake. We had an unforgettable experience and I am so thankful that this place was so perfect and hospitable for our needs. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at Little River Redwoods, and we love the property! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the hot tub is an added bonus! Maybe in a few years we will be back for round 3 :-)

Super comfy couches nicely situated around the fireplace made for some cozy, happy evenings. The kitchen is really well stocked with pots, pans, pyrex, and spices. The beds were comfy and spacious. My favorite though was probably the huge sky lights in every room and the jacuzzi next to the towering redwoods. I loved it.

We were happy with the well equipped kitchen. Very clean house.

Hopped up to Little River for a birthday getaway with my family: 2 adults, 2 teens. Best birthday decision ever. Comfortable, warm, and accessible home. WiFi strong enough for all four of us to work/school remotely. Room for everyone. Well-stocked kitchen (cutting boards, baking sheets, appliances, sharp knives!, measuring cups & spoons, and lots of serving ware) made at-homes meals a breeze. Wood shed for toasty-warm fires, and that gorgeous hot tub under the redwoods (thanks for the stack of clean towels). Home is exactly as the pics indicate: lovely. Quiet, but close to everything. A perfect spot to anchor a Mendocino Coast visit.

A short 3 night stay in this beautiful home near Russian Gulch, Mendocino Headlands and Van Damme State Parks. The house is clean, well maintained and situated in stunning redwoods. Our party of four had a great time exploring the hiking and mountain biking trails in the parks close to the house. On leaving we regretted that we did not book a longer stay, as we had such a great time!

This vacation felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable for the whole family. The kitchen ready to prepare big family meals, with a comfortable living room and bedrooms and fun things like the swing on the back deck! We look forward to staying here again.

House was great for our family of 4 (kids 10 and 12). Lovely, quiet, forest setting and less than 10 min drive to Mendocino. Clean house and well stocked with amenities (eg soaps, kitchen supplies). We'd definitely come back!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay! The home was cozy. The fireplace was prepared so nicely for our first night. The hot tub was amazing to unwind, just what you need after a day at the beach or hiking. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with. Very thorough with directions to the home, restaurants and excursions that are nearby. We will most definitely return for another amazing getaway! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home! Rebecca

We had such a nice time at this house. My son loved the little fort in the front yard. It had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was the best hot tub I've ever been in! Spent a lot of time in there in the evening. The only negative was the floors were not very clean, lots of dust and things left from previous renters under beds and couches. I probably wouldn't have noticed if my one year old wasn't crawling, she's finds everything and tries to put it her mouth. Lol! Would definitely stay here again.

What a magical spot. Towering redwoods, over your head, fascinating mushrooms and a carpet of copper-colored needles under your feet --- and that's before you step inside this warm, spacious home, filled with light from all sides. Our family of 5 loved having the great room, with its fireplace and comfy chairs, to gather in, and the large bedrooms to escape to for alone time gazing out the windows at our own personal redwood forest. We cooked a number of meals and had everything we needed at our fingertips. As we were flying into the area, and bringing Christmas presents, it was great to pack light and be able to use the laundry facilities to refresh our wardrobe. The location was perfect for very short drives to the village of Mendocino, up to Fort Bragg to check out the harbor, and just down the road to the fascinating pygmy forest and hiking trails into the fern canyon. Highly recommended!
