Old furniture. Old and uncomfortable mattress. Old pillows. Dated kitchen. Difficult to open kitchen cabinets. Fireplace doesn’t work. There’s vibration from the electrical baseboard heaters which is annoying for those who are sensitive to vibration.

The place has a lot of potential once the place has been renovated and updated.

Home was dirty and musty, the carpets were stained and dirty feeling. There were random fuzzy chunks in the bed. The “master bathroom” has a broken porcelain soap dish that there was large amounts of hair left in it.

Furnishings are old which is fine but they are in rough shape. Broken arm and leg on chair in living room. Fireplace was inoperable even after following the poorly written directions in the red binder, after trying to find it. The tension rod for the shower curtain in the master bathroom is garbage. The toaster is a fire hazard is sparking and shorting out of you try and use it, be careful. The iron does not produce a usable amount of steam seems dumb to put but someone may want to know. The grout of the tile is disgusting. The light for the front door does not work to see what unit it is. One of the shared hot tubs was broken. Pitiful amounts of salt were applied to sidewalks leaving them extremely slippery and dangerous. The driveway also was a horribly icy mess so if your going in winter with older or younger people be careful! The master bedroom mattress is caved-in, in the middle (the springs are shot) and the pillows are as good as using a balled up t shirt.

I tried calling VACASA directly sending multiple emails to VACASA and sending a message through Vrbo to your company and received no response. Extremely annoying and dissatisfied with the customer service.

For the cost of the stay, the things that were broken/unusable is pathetic. The state and smell of the unit is appalling I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service portion (very musty, not just from skis/snowboards but throughout). I booked this unit for a family stay with in-laws and am completely embarrassed with the state of the unit. I will not use this property management company again and will go back to hotels or something that has a level consistency amongst their units to be able to get things fixed while staying or to be fairly compensated for the issues that can not be fixed. Overall a complete let down, wasn’t looking for a palace but not just a run down dump.

I will not spend money with this group again, it’s just not worth it for the cost. I will not gamble my money “Incase” something is fixed because they are “trying to do better and will improve with the review”. I’d leave photos if I could.

We stayed at this rental for 3 days. The location is great; it's a 7 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift at Breckenridge. The proximity to downtown and being on the bus line are great perks.

Vacasa, the rental company, however left something to be desired. We arrived to the rental, and it was 57*F inside. No one had come before to turn up the heat. Unfortunately, there were no instructions anywhere on how to use the baseboard heating system. We tried cranking the thermostat but nothing happened. There was a Vacasa contact card left on the kitchen counter, so we attempted to contact the company and to this day have never heard back from them. We ended up running the gas fireplace 24/7 to keep the place comfortable.

At the end of the stay, we found a red folder, hidden under magazines in the order of a room, that had phone numbers of property managers to contact! Wish this had been out on a counter, in plain sight, to begin with! As it was our last night there, we didn't bother to call.

Great location; Vacasa needs to brush up on their customer service skills.

The house was great. We all slept comfortably and Felt there was enough space. Short walk to the communal hot tub/pool area and also walking distance to the base of peak 9 and the main town area for restaurants and bars. Only negative was there we’re enough cleaning supplies in the house to help keep it tidy for the week we were there. No extra garbage bags and nothing to spray or wipe surfaces down with so if you book grab a couple things from the grocery store when shopping.

Kitchen and dining room has very confined space with 1 person occupancy. There was no AC , had to remind 3 times to get fan , no extra towels , dishwasher pods and paper towels .. if you’re travelling more than 3 days , you gotta buy all these ..

This condo is located just a short walk from everything in Breckenridge! It was clean and had everything we wanted. Definitely will be coming back!

Was a very easy walk to the Quicksilver Lift and to Main St. The condo was a great place for myself and my traveling companions to relax after a long day out on the mountain or a day spent in town!
