The private lanai is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, enjoy a meal from the full kitchen, or lower the screen for a shaded afternoon retreat. Inside, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and four beds comfortably accommodate up to six guests, while ceiling fans keep the space comfortable throughout your stay.

The full kitchen features a dishwasher for easy meals at home, and a private washer and dryer make it convenient to keep beach towels and swimsuits fresh between adventures. When you're ready to cool off, head to the resort's shared pool and hot tub, then return to your lanai and unwind to the sound and views of the ocean.

Guests can use the shared outdoor pool, hot tub, elevator, garden areas, outdoor seating, and ocean access at the complex. BBQ grills are available for outdoor meals. This unit has an in-unit washer and dryer, a private lanai, and step-free access, elevator access. This unit does not have air conditioning. Cooling comes from ceiling fans and portable fans. This unit includes garage parking.

The neighborhood:
Along Ali'i Drive on Kailua-Kona's sunny west coast, Kona Bali Kai gives you an easy rhythm of surf, beach time, and town evenings. Magic Sands Beach Park and Pahoehoe Beach Park are each about a mile away for sand, tide pools, and an ocean dip, while Lyman's surf break is less than a half mile from the complex. Head a couple of miles north to historic Kailua Village for waterfront restaurants, shops, and an evening stroll. It is a strong base for families and couples who want the Pacific close and downtown Kona within easy reach.

What's nearby:
This rental is right on Ali'i Drive, an oceanfront road that leads right into downtown Kailua-Kona. Just over two miles from the condo, you'll be in the heart of Kona where you can enjoy oceanfront drinks and dining at local favorites like Huggo's! The entire area offers shopping, biking, and walking while never losing sight of the ocean. Both Magic Sands Beach and Pahoehoe Beach Park are just one mile away. Kona is also famous for coffee, so consider heading about 11 miles south to tour farms like Sacred Grounds or the Kona Coffee Living History Farm (the only living history coffee farm in the United States), where tour guides teach guests about Kona coffee in character.

Getting around:
Kona International Airport (KOA) is about 10 to 15 minutes from Kailua Kona. A rental car is recommended for exploring the Kona Coast, although downtown shops, restaurants, and oceanfront Alii Drive may be walkable or a short drive away. Beaches, snorkeling, and groceries are nearby. Parking is generally available at properties or in nearby street and lot spaces.
