The San Lorenzo River is just a short walk away, as well as the well-known and iconic Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, which is is one of the town’s main draws, offering family-friendly fun year-round. Visit Municipal Wharf and listen to the calls of the sea lions, rent surfboards and hit Cowell's Beach in search of the perfect wave, or rent some bikes and explore some of the nearby paved trails. You better pack your sunscreen and beach towel! The soft sands of Santa Cruz Beach are less than half a mile from you! Other attractions include the Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History, a day trip to San Francisco (77.5 miles), and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, only 46 miles south.

*Parking permit required on 2nd Street year-round. On Younger Way and 3rd St, a permit is required only seasonally, May-September. A permit is provided by the owner and is always returned to the coffee table in the TV room. Please don't forget to return the parking permit.

Parking Notes: Permit parking on the street, the owner provides one permit. It is left on the coffee table in the TV room. Please return it before you leave. Younger Street and 3rd Street do not require the permit for parking but other streets require the permit be displayed in your car year around.

Cute little cottage for two! We had three in our group and it was one too many as it was small and there wasn’t a kitchen table and the futon couch served as the third bed.

Only a couple of blocks from the beach and walking distance to the downtown area. Beach towels and chairs in the closet, which was really great. Strong wifi, parking included, and contactless check-in - really enjoyed our stay!

The home was clean but the parking was terrible on Monday which was a holiday. It took an hour and fifteen min to find parking. We had messaged prior to booking and were told we would have 1 parking space access. When we called for help the company was not helpful we asked if we could cancel bc we had no where to Park to be able to stay and they wouldn’t give an answer just kept going in circles. It was a very stressful start to a vacation. We didn’t really move the car after that in fear for not being able to find parking again. No other problems during the stay.

We love life in a simple Santa Cruz bungalow and this fit the bill to a T. Morning sunshine on the front porch was especially wonderful. You can't always beat the fog but we were lucky!

The layout of the place is definitely different, but overall, the place is great and surprisingly quiet! The place was cleaned well and the bed was comfy. I loved the water pressure in the shower. The owner, Keith, was thoughtful in the amenities he provided, such as a water filter pitcher, toiletries, some cooking spices and an extension cord to charge our electronic devices. Literally steps away from the boardwalk. Nice size for my husband, 8 month old and I. We would definitely stay here again.
