At approximately 1,920 square feet, this resort getaway offers a spacious floor plan, including first and second floor master suites, open den, well equipped kitchen, screened porch and more. Central air conditioning, full size washer and dryer and more. 6 TVs (including 3 smart TVs), Netflix (courtesy of the owner), 2 DVDs, Blu-ray, gas fireplace, gas grill, Wifi. Plus, four bicycles (two adult and two kids (medium) bikes) and a bike trailer cart (courtesy items not guaranteed). Notes: This Bear Trap Dunes townhome features carpet in the bedrooms and den and hardwood in all other areas.

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant.
