While the property was in a very nice community, it needs some love. The HOA needs to be alerted to that the siding is in need of repair, the fireplace has droppings from an outdoor bird's nest, and a few indoor touches (painting, fix missing drywall on loft ceiling and cracks in a few places) would make a world of difference.
As it relates to Vacasa, keep your shoes on in the place! The floors were FIlTHY!!! In fact, we felt grit while walking on the floors the first day, and our daughter's feet were black before the night was over. When going to plug in my phone cord, I noticed a HUGE dust bunny beside the bed on the floor, furniture needed dusting, fans and vents had coats of dust on them. I just felt dirty the entire time I was there. Eh!!! Our bed only had a fitted sheet and a ligthweight blanket with a red stain, no top sheet was on the bed. I don't know why we even paid a cleaning fee, as there was none shown.

We stayed for only a weekend. The use of amenities in the off season was not clear. I booked it for the indoor pool and outdoor basketball courts which we couldn’t use unless we paid $40 per person for a weekly pass. Daily or weekend passes were not available. Seems like you shouldn’t advertise the amenities for weekend bookings. Other than that, carpets could use a cleaning. Big and spacious, plenty of room. Not a great view from back patio, nice screen in porch. Would not stay here again.

The unit was neat and clean, and just as the pictures portray. I love to eat breakfast on the screened in porch overlooking the pond; keeps the bugs away which is great! The only downside is that we could not use the October Glory pool which we have enjoyed several years before. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay!

We really liked the home. Very spacious and laid out well. Furnishings were comfortable. The only minor issue would be the lighting - it seemed dim, even with all the lights on, especially in the dining area.
