Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. 5 TVs, DVD, Blu-ray, library of books and DVDs, board games, Keurig, gas fireplace, gas grill, Wifi. Plus, beach chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed).

THINGS TO KNOW

Clubhouse (with Wifi., locker rooms and grille), three outdoor swimming pools (consisting of a lazy river, lap pool & kiddie pool), fitness center, basketball courts, putting green, horseshoe pits, tennis pavilion (with four courts), nature and walking trails, shuttle to the beach and shopping (operates seasonally, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday through Monday). Docks for kayaking too! Note Bay Forest requires guests ages 5 and older to pay a $50 per person per week resort fee. This fee must be paid prior to arrival (preferably at booking) and cannot exceed the occupancy of the property.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
