Gather around the large, extendable table in the beautiful dining room, and enjoy the view through the French doors while you dine. And right outside, the furnished veranda is the ideal spot for your morning coffee or afternoon glasses of wine.

After games of golf or days at the beach, meet up for movie nights in the main living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV with Hulu. When it's time to turn in for the night, this villa features two luxurious bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a king bed, jumbo windows, and a TV perfectly positioned for late-night viewing. The en suite spa-like bath boasts a soaking tub, shower, and vessel sink. The second bedroom includes both a queen and a twin bed, while the second bathroom (in the hall) offers a combination shower/tub and a large vanity. Just a little over a mile away, discover the popular Coligny Plaza Shopping Center.

Things to Know
The Pickleball and Tennis courts will be temporarily closed from April 22nd to May 6th, 2025 for scheduled maintenance and renovations
Tennis rackets and pickleball boards are available as well as beach supplies, including boogie boards and family board games.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on-site.
