This was a great spot for my family and small pup to make as a landing spot. Super convenient to downtown where there are plenty of places to have coffee, shop, snack, and also convenient to a great walk along the marina up to the top of the hill. Having a small little yard, sectioned off for our pug made it really convenient.

The unit itself was very nice. Owners should always make sure that the unit is fully stocked with essentials though.

We had a great stay in Anacortes in this home! Just a quick walk downtown & an easy walk to Safeway. We had perfect weather for exploring. We’d definitely stay again!

Very pleased with our stay… awesome place and location. It wasn’t our accommodations that was problematic, it was Vacasa. Our phone wasn’t working and they wanted us to call them to answer security questions before they gave us the code… they had our payment sand all our info and we still had to phone them. Thanks to the lady at the post office for loaning us her phone or I don’t know what we would have done. This was stressful and security overload! Not pleased withVacada at all!’!!!

We will definitely stay here again when in the area visiting family. Walkable to most things in the downtown area. House had very nice finishes and details. Made the home extra cozy and comfortable during our visit. Highly recommend.

The house was fine, though a bit expensive. When we had to whisk our pup away to an emergency vet service, we discovered that a toxic plant was growing as a large weed just beyond the entry steps. We informed the local manager while we waited at the emergency vet to find out if our dog would make it (it doesn't take much to kill them). After 24 hours of care (stomach emptying, treatment with activated charcoal, and constant monitoring), our dog did make it, but there was no effort to remove the plant (nightshade) while we were there, and there was not even an effort on their part to reach out to us and check on our dog or offer to cover part of the $900 vet bill. Pretty disappointing.

House was new. Inside it was perfect expect for the fact that neither the wifi or the tv worked. These were issues that should have been resolved BEFORE we checked in, not four days later.
We are so sorry about the inconvenience you encountered with the WiFi and TV and hope you were able to enjoy being disconnected for a time on vacation. Thank you, Glenn!

Comfortable luxury for people traveling with dogs. We enjoyed the new appliances, the heated floor, the A/C, and comfortable furniture. There's plenty of room and everything is coordinated. This is a great location to use as a base camp in Anacortes.

We loved the sweet house that felt grand with the high ceilings. My son loved the yard and all the kids next door to play with ;) Mad Haters ice cream was so delicious and the owner was adorable and Gave us free ice cream the smoothie shop down the street was our favorite breakfast the San Juan is so yummy! There were so many parks we got to visit that were a quick drive from 5 min to 15 mins. Cap Sante park is the most beautiful view. The monkey park with monkey trees was perfect for a picnic. The Storvik park was so much fun we went there multiple times. We will be back for sure and can't hardly wait to book our next trip!

Clean and laid out very nice. Only negative feedback would be bed was a little uncomfortable and could possibly need a box spring mattress.
Thank you for your review! We are pleased to say that we have purchased a new, more comfortable bed. We appreciate you staying with us and hope you'll come again soon!

We had a wonderful time at Mariner's Rest C. The place was sparkling clean, with new appliances, smart TV with easy access to streaming services, heat control in every room, well equipped kitchen, and comfy beds and seating. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Cap Sante Marina and Commercial Avenue. Conveniently located to many restaurants, bars, cafes, and grocery/drug store. Easy to keep physical distance and noticed most people were masking up. My kids had fun at nearby John Storvik playground. Would recommend Mariner's Rest and would like to return to Old Town Anacortes again.
