Great location, clean and comfortable.

Place was super clean and in an excellent location. The best part was having the river/swimming hole across the street. Make sure to visit Tuckerman’s nearby. Food was delicious!!!

We`ve been staying at this property for several years now. The river, its proximity to several attractions, hiking, great restaurants, its peaceful surroundings, its hominess, keep us looking forward to our yearly trip.

We rented this house for a family vacation with our two young boys. The house worked perfectly for us! It was clean and had everything we needed. It`s in a great location, very close to Storyland and North Conway. There`s a beautiful river near the house. The only down side is that the house is close to the road but there`s a big enough yard for the kids to play that it still worked out. We can`t wait to stay again!

My husband, adult son, and I stayed here for 4 nights in January. It was an ideal house for us because it was big enough for the three of us without being too big, it was close enough to North Conway without being in the middle of it, it was a quiet enough road that we could take walks with our dog, and it had all the conveniences we needed (wifi, a well-equipped kitchen, pet friendly). It snowed the first day we were there and the driveway was plowed in a timely fashion. The one thing we were perplexed about was the heating--the only source of heat seemed to be the gas fireplace so if a bedroom door was closed, the room would be very cold. But other than that, we loved the house and its location (we loved listening to the river across the road) and would highly recommend it to others. In fact, we are thinking about returning to experience it in the summer.
