Almost beach front, private beach access, clean and comfy place. For the first time, staying in a vacation rental felt much better than staying in a hotel because if was so well managed. For all my future vacation in Tahoe, I look forward to stay in the same condo. And as far as vacationing in any other place is concerned, I will check Vacasa first over other usual travel websites. Might save me some money.

Unit 519 is very close to the lake, less than a 2 minute walk from the front door. However you can not see the lake from the unit, the unit looks out onto a central lawn and trees.

We stayed in 519 for a week with our 4 and 9 year old. It was clean and large enough for us. The kitchen was easy to use and had all the items I needed for cooking. However, it did not have salt/pepper/oil etc. It did have coffee grinds.

The first floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed, there is an unattached a full bath and a second 1/2 bath. The second floor is the kitchen and living area along with the small outside deck. The third floor has two queen size beds. It's a lot of stairs. If you can't handle walking up and down a lot of stairs, do not rent this unit. I wouldn't rent it if you have a young child that is just learning how to navigate a staircase either. It's about 25 steps from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor.

Another note. If you are sleeping in the master on the 1st floor you can't hear anything in the living room or 3rd floor bedroom. Which is good if you want privacy, bad if you want to hear your young kids on the 3rd floor.

Lakeland Village is a great location. Whole Foods right across the street. BBQ's on the beach, the pools and hot tub are great. The beach is clean and water easy for young ones. There are Lime scooters everywhere, so it's easy to get up to Heavenly in the summer with out driving. Parking was easy. We enjoyed Lakeland Village.

Spotless and well kept. Great home! The only negative is that in the pictures there is a beach and pool view. I don’t know what house that was taken from but it wasn’t this one. The beach is however a 30-second walk from the house.
Manager response:
Hi, Natasha! Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The photos provided show the surrounding area so guests have an idea of the beauty nearby. We hope to host you again!

Pretty decent house thats super conveniently located in South Lake Tahoe and was great for our group of 5 during our 3-night stay. The complex is on the beach midway between the Stateline/Heavenly and El Dorado Park - although you can't see the water from the unit. The unit is pretty dark and doesn't have much natural light. Even with all the lights inside, the unit was still pretty dark.

We were also pretty disappointed that the unit didn't have basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, and oil. They only had coffee filters. Make sure to bring literally everything you need from seasoning to foil, plastic wrap, etc.

The unit is a tad bit bigger than what the pics make out of it. Also the mattress in the bedroom was amazingly comfortable. However, the room got super stuffy especially during the night.

Overall we had a great stay and Vacasa agents were very quick to help us during our time there. Would definitely stay in this complex again, and wouldn't mind this unit either.

The place is nice and very cozy, we love that you get your own private beach and really close to whole foods and Safeway. Will definitely stay at this place next time.

The condo is in a great location, and was clean. The only issue that we had was that we arrived a little later than planned (around 8pm), and could not get the heat to work. We checked the breaker, and thought about starting a fire in the fireplace, but could not find the suggested lighter/starter. It got down to 52 degrees inside the unit the first night. They called maintenance, and after several phone calls, it was taken care of. The second night was much more comfy. Overall, everything was clean and comfortable. Most Airbnb’s that I have stayed in also provided coffee which I was kinda disappointed that this place did not have coffee which I thought was unusual.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Shelley! We apologize for the issues with the heat but are happy to hear we were able to fix this during your stay. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to hosting you again!
