Newly renovated condo, and everything was in pristine condition. Rivals with a 4 star hotel. We appreciated the owners’ decorative touches throughout the kitchen, living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. All new kitchen appliances, and it has a washer and a dryer in the unit. Part of a very quiet , gated community, with a 25 yard heated swimming pool, and a stunning beach with beautiful rock formations, and we saw dolphins close to the beach on our last day, too! It is located about a 10 minute drive to Marineland (swim with dolphins), 30 minute to St. Augustine (we visited the Fountain of Youth, the fort -Castillo de San Marcos, the Flagler College). Zip line at the Alligator Farm was so much fun (we did the long course, which is higher up in the trees). Anastasia State Park has kayaking and a lovely beach too. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We loved our stay at this condo! As soon as we walked in, the view of the ocean was breathtaking! The furnishings and decor were SO nice – a dreamy, well-equipped kitchen, elegant lighting and fixtures, cozy seating, and a really comfy king bed that welcomes the morning sunrise. The master bath and shower is one of nicest we have ever enjoyed in a rental. The home was clean, with good linens, plenty of towels.

This was our first visit to Palm Coast. We absolutely LOVED the beach. When we saw the rocks in the photos we weren't sure what to expect. But they are actually amazing, naturally formed from millions of shells. Not so easy to swim at high tide (a little cool too in March) but plenty of sandy area above. BUT, at low tide an expansive, rockless surface emerges that allows walking and swimming in a simply pristine setting.

Have to give a shout out to Joanna. She was super friendly and very responsive. It's a newer rental so there were a couple of minor things we requested when we arrived and every item was delivered the next morning. Also, we rented bikes from Palm Coast Bikes for a week and they delivered and picked up bikes that we rode along the bike/walking paths that run for miles along A1A and down to the beaches. Lots to do in the area, we rented a pontoon boat on the river, caught live music at JTs Seafood Shack with a HUGE seafood boil, strolled through Washington Gardens Park and just enjoyed the natural beauty of the condo complex, which is maintained nicely. We hope we have the opportunity to rent this unit again and highly recommend.

We enjoyed the entire vacation. The whole property was beautiful and the ocean views were stunning! We can’t thank you enough Vacasa for the great customer service. Will definitely be back to this spot again!
