Guests can also head down to the beach, or stay on-site and swim in the shared, outdoor pool.
A variety of restaurants (including the Original Greene Turtle), shopping centers, and a Food Lion supermarket, are within walking distance in case you're craving some local cuisine or need to stock up on essentials. This property is on the bus route, so leave the car at home and hop aboard for easy travel to all your favorite Ocean City destinations. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins on 27th Street and runs three miles along the Atlantic Coast offering fun and food for everyone! And for visiting thrill-seekers, head over to any of the many water-sports rental services and rent a jet ski or kayak for an exciting day on the water.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
