OVERVIEW
Gulf-front condo with pool & tennis court access, W/D, & AC
Perdido Towers - E102
Enjoy a lovely view of the ocean from one of two different private balconies - yes, it really is that close! This condo's calming ocean tones provide the perfect atmosphere for a beach retreat. All three bedrooms are on the upper floors so guests that want to stay up and talk won't disturb anyone. The open galley full kitchen has plenty of space to work in, including a table-style island and a deluxe refrigerator. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, with the main bedroom set up with its own private balcony.
Everyone can relax in central air conditioning, then head out whenever the waves look right. When you're not at the beach or relaxing at the condo, guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, tennis court, and fitness room. Guests can also walk along the dock during their stay. If you fall in the water, no worries! Just toss your swimsuit in the condo's private washer/dryer.
The gorgeous coastline is just steps away from your back door. For a beach mixed with rolling sand dunes (and unique sea oat plants), head to Perdido Key State Park two-and-a-half miles away. Local bar Flora-Bama (and their additional Yacht Club spinoff pub), which features live music every day, is just under one mile from the condo. Visit during spring for the annual Mullet Toss! But if you'd like to enjoy seafood in a more mellow atmosphere, enjoy grouper, crawfish, and other Creole favorites at Fisherman's Corner - just over six miles away. Tom Thumb is a convenient store located directly across the street to provide you with all the ice, fuel, groceries, drinks, beach supplies, and sunscreen you need during your stay. You'll also be within walking distance of many delicious restaurants!
