You’ll also have the convenience of one reserved, off-street parking space and onsite coin-operated laundry facilities.

Guests have full access to the suite and one assigned parking space. The small pool and picnic area are shared between four units; the upstairs deck is shared between two units. Guests also have access to a coin-operated laundry on-site.

This cozy unit is located in the heart of Siesta Key, just 200 feet from the beach and 3 blocks from the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Siesta Key Village!

A car is not required as Siesta Key’s top attractions are all within walking distance. There is also a free trolley service, and plenty of ride-share options. However, a car is recommended if you plan on traveling off the island to nearby Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Pete.

You will have the home completely to yourself, but our management team is available 24/7 in case of emergency.
