Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Water Access: Wristbands must be worn or with each guest at the pool and beach. Wristbands are in a bowl or basket on the kitchen counter. Each unit will have the same number of bands as the unit sleeps. This number will be written on the bottom of the bowl/basket and on the corner of the welcome sign. Guests will be charged $20 a piece for each wristband that is not left in the unit upon departure.
