THINGS TO KNOW

• Construction on the building's exterior will begin on August 21, 2023, and will continue throughout the year. Workers will complete one building at a time and this project may impact balcony access in some homes. Construction will occur from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. During these times, project noise will likely be audible.
• Two sofabeds in the living room provides an extra sleeping space.
• Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.
