The living room, kitchen, and dining room all open to each other, with plentiful picture windows that bring in the view, a large flatscreen TV, and a spacious dining table. The kitchen features sleek appliances (including an induction range, a French door refrigerator, and a dishwasher) and a roomy island with bar seating for four.
