Solid 3 stars. Typical used timeshare condo. Minimal maintenance, appliances, and internet/TV service. GREAT location, can walk to most things in Kihei.

Great pool, grass patch. Kamaole 3 is an Amazing beach for kids, best place to snorkel and see turtles. The apartment was good but not 100% clean, i think because we were the first to rent after months without use. But the management company was very responsive and quickly fixed the problem.

Great location. Older, with older decor. Spacious. Well stocked kitchen even though we ate all our dinners out. Pool never too crowded. Easy walk across the street to a great family friendly beach. Loved watching the sunset many nights from the beach. Walking distance to lots of great spots. Beach towels were in the cupboard, which the listing didn`t mention. Nice surprise.

This condo was totally functional for our trip - it is located at Hale Kamaole, just across the street from one of the most beautiful south shore beaches. The unit is ground floor, and just steps from the pool. The A/C in the bedroom blows cold, and there were plenty of kitchen supplies.
The unit is priced a bit lower, and for good reason - everything in the condo is well-used, and the decor is throwback 1980s Hawaiiana. There were some issues here and there, but management was quick to address them. If you are looking for a great location and ease of vacationing, without any frills, this place is perfect.
