Things to know: In the event guest cancels their reservation Vacasa will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If Vacasa is able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If Vacasa is able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.

Parking notes: There are two assigned parking spaces in a secure, covered parking garage (6`10" clearance) Please note that parking spots are very narrow. Larger vehicles, including dual-wheel pick-up trucks, vans, or classic cars may not fit into the parking spaces or allow occupants to open the doors all the way to exit the vehicle. Security is very strict about parking and vehicles that do not fit into parking spaces will need to be moved.

Please ensure that you are only parking in your assigned spaces, that your vehicle fits in the space, and that your parking pass is face up on your dashboard at all times. Parking permits are given at check-in.
Paid off-street parking is available during season from April 1 - October 31 at Ocean City meter lots. There is additionally a lot on the other side of the route 50 bridge with free shuttle on the other side of route 50 bridge, paid lot. The parking lot across the street has limited first come, first served parking that is paid by the week.

These items MUST be returned to your check-in location listed on your checkin envelope. Missing items will be charged to the credit card on file if not returned. The house was very lovely, great location seconds from Ripley's and amusement park and on the boardwalk.
I will visit again as well tell others. We left something at the location, we called a day later and was told by vacasa that the units are privately owned and they will have no knowledge of anything being found or left behind. On the pamphlet they tell you if anything is left behind it's $250.00 fee to have it sent. We didn't understand the vasaca person telling us they will have no knowledge of anything being found in the homes by house keeping.

We went for a long weekend off season to OCMD for the first time. It was tricky picking a place without knowing the area. We were beyond happy with this property! The oceanfront views are amazing. It was very clean, more spacious than it looks in the pictures, and the location was great for our needs. So much is within walking distance. I really appreciated the extra amenities that are not typically include ie--linens/towels/dish detergent/trash bags. If we go back to OCMD I would definitely want this property again!

The unit was our favorite compared to 3 other units we've stayed in at Belmont Towers. Enjoyed the nice balcony furniture, loved that the parking spot was on the same floor as our unit, and you just can't beat the location and beautiful oceanfront views. Just a couple recommendations: the master bedroom TV lost signal at least once every day, had to play around plugging and unplugging multiple times to get back service. There is something wrong with the Internet, only works for the first couple minutes you connect, then it goes super slow or offline, so may need Comcast out there. Floors could be washed better, our feet were very dirty after a few hours so we had to wear shoes the rest of the week. But everything else was nice, no mildew odor at all that is typical with oceanfront rooms. But I'm very disappointed that when looking at the prices for 2022 during the same week, it more than doubled from my March 2021 booking for this year. So unfortunately will not be able to return. I know there is inflation and a new management company, but to double to over $4K in the off season is insanity. But glad we were able to enjoy before the doubled price.

Checkin with Michele was prompt, efficient, and pleasant. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location looking out over the boardwalk is ideal with easy access to the beach, too. The full kitchen was in good shape and fully stocked with silverware, plates, coffee cups, etc. We enjoyed several sunrises from the balcony and people watched from there, too. Overall, very nice and comfortable!
However, there were a couples of issues with the room. The cable box for one of the bedroom TVs did not work when we checked in and it took several days to fix it - it stopped working after a day. Also, the dryer sounded like a jackhammer. Although we reported it on Sunday, it was still not working by the time we left on Thursday. This was very disappointing. We had to leave the room in order to dry clothes because it was so loud. When you pay for a convenience, You expect to have it!
Being downtown is great for the convenience of being able to walk the boardwalk but we heard rowdy neighbors several nights.
In conclusion, iff you are looking for a condo with easy access to the boardwalk and beach, this is a great choice - thumbs up!

This is the 3rd time we stayed in 305. It has a great view of the ocean and you don’t really have to get into your car and drive because everything that you need is within walking distance. One of the problems I had is the floors were not cleaned and when I tried to clean them myself, the scrubber would not work. I will say the last time I was there the place was cleaner then it was this time. I do like the place and will stay there again and hope for a better experience.
