Things to know:
In the event guest cancels their reservation Vacasa will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If Vacasa is able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If Vacasa is able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.
Parking Notes: There are two assigned parking spaces in a secure, covered parking garage (6`10" clearance) Please note that parking spots are very narrow. Larger vehicles, including dual-wheel pick-up trucks, vans, or classic cars may not fit into the parking spaces or allow occupants to open the doors all the way to exit the vehicle. Security is very strict about parking and vehicles that do not fit into parking spaces will need to be moved.
Please ensure that you are only parking in your assigned spaces, that your vehicle fits in the space, and that your parking pass is face up on your dashboard at all times. Parking permits are given at check-in.
Paid off-street parking is available during season from April 1 - October 31 at Ocean City meter lots. There is additionally a lot on the other side of the route 50 bridge with free shuttle on the other side of route 50 bridge, paid lot. The parking lot across the street has limited first come, first served parking that is paid by the week.
*AS A NOTE: Your property requires a special amenities key or parking permit. Missing items are subjected to a replacement cost ($100 per fob). These items MUST be returned to your check-in location listed on your checkin envelope. Missing items will be charged to the credit card on file if not returned. We will not be able to guarantee parking is available until after you check-in.
