Enjoy some of Ocean City's best sunrises and sunsets at Century I 2517, a recently updated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-story penthouse on the oceanfront in North Ocean City (99th Street). Located on the top two floors of the building, this property has balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides, framing panoramic views of both the ocean and the bay.
This penthouse was recently updated with a new dining room, a new balcony, new living room furniture, and flatscreen TVs in the living room and the downstairs bedroom. Both bedrooms have king-size beds, with the bed on the lower floor offering the option of separating into two twin beds. The living room has two new sleeper sofas as well. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and a microwave), a washer/dryer, and central AC. On the grounds, you'll find an indoor pool, a sauna, and a fitness room - all just steps from the ocean and sand!
Guests of Century I have access to great facilities that include an indoor pool (open seasonally), an oceanfront sun deck, and a fully renovated gym with a sauna. A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, and the Ocean City Public Library. You'll also be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on the south side of town and beautiful Northside Park up at 126th Street - the host of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishing/crabbing pier, an expansive playground, and peaceful walking paths.

NOTE: From Memorial Day-September 30, there is a required $30 cash payment to obtain your parking passes upon arrival. This is a firm requirement of the HOA, so please plan accordingly. There is an ATM located about a block and a half away.
Please note that the indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
The Century 1 bulding is not an accessibility-enabled property. There are steps required for each unit.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking permits must be displayed at all times or the vehicle could be towed at the owner's expense. If you are arriving after hours, please go to the security office to obtain a temporary parking permit. You will be required to go to the check-in office at 9 am the next morning to get your permit. Security patrols parking early in the morning and no temporary passes will be permitted.
