Located in Ocean City's most sought-after neighborhood, 35 Fountain 3E is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, end-unit home with all the extras. There are high-end touches throughout, including imported tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, a jetted soaking tub, four flatscreen TVs with accompanying Blu-ray players, and an upgraded cable package that includes HBO and Showtime. Two garage parking spaces, free WiFi, and local and long-distance phone service are included as well. Relax on the spacious balcony and take in a view of the gorgeous pond and fountains!

This is one of the only places in Ocean City where everything you need is right in the community. Enjoy a short walk to the private bay beach, or stroll to the general store where you can get a great cup of coffee or a bottle of fine wine.

A building registration fee of $82.50 gets you six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person, per week.

Some community amenities may not be open or available due to community COVID restrictions. Vacasa does not manage community amenities and has no control over their opening, closing, or restriction requirements.

Parking Notes: Parking permits are required at Sunset Island and you will receive the appropriate passes in your check-in packet. You will receive one green pass for an assigned spot in the parking garage and one yellow (clamshell) pass that allows street side parking in the community. Vehicles with this clamshell parking pass must park with the flow of traffic and within the clamshell beds. Any deviation is a parking violation and will be subject to ticketing and towing.

One additional clamshell parking pass may be purchased from the Sunset Island Management Office for one week at a time, passes are limited based on space for the clamshell areas throughout the community. Clamshell parking only (yellow) is $70.00 and limited to 1 extra per unit but is subject to availability at the community's discretion. Please note, all four wheels must in inside the designated space for clamshell parking.

Parking is strictly enforced, including ensuring that vehicles fit into the spaces. No oversized vehicles or trailers are permitted.

There is free side-street parking on 67th Street (except red curbs) and paid municipal lots in the area.

Parking permits: 1 (green) garage (assigned spot), 1 (yellow) clamshell.

The condo was spacious and very comfortable for my family.

The condo was not very clean when we got there and the furniture needed to be replaced despite the pictures looking good. These pictures were not taken recently. The walls were dinged up almost everywhere in the condo. We were supposed to stay here again in August but we would rather lose our deposit instead of going back to this condo which tells you all you need to know.

Location close to all amenities. Rooms were large, enough space for 8 plus nice deck overlooking the fountain area.

The condo is very nice (comfortable beds which is important to us). One complaint, the company now requires later check in and earlier check out times due to extra time for cleaning. The condo "smelled" like cleaning products but the floors were not vacuumed - crumbs everywhere which tells me the cleaners sprayed Lysol around to make the tenants believe the place was extra clean but didn't take the time to actually clean.
