This 37 Acre Gated Community is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are ideal for a relaxing week at the beach. You'll be two blocks from the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, the OC Bus, and shops. The Community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, three private beaches, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island cafe and pool bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain.

- Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional $15 fee paid to the condo association):
A building registration fee includes 6 facility passes and two parking passes (One pass is for a designated space in the parking garage 7’2 and one pass for parking on the clamshells). Children 3 and under do not require a facility pass. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. The fees are the following:
Winter (January 1- April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $75
Spring (May 1 - May 25) = $110
Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 7) = $150
Fall (September 8 - September 30) = $110 - Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
