River-View Home w/ Multi-Level Deck, Yard, Fireplace, Private Hot Tub, AC & WiFi
With beautiful views of the surrounding Tennessee countryside and the French Broad River to the north of the driveway, this Sevierville home offers a gorgeous yard and plentiful space to play, unplug, and unwind. Enter by way of the shaded front porch that runs the length of the house, where a pair of wagon-wheel rockers offer a lovely perch for sipping tea in the afternoons. The interior living space brings modern elements - such as central AC, free WiFi, and flatscreen TVs - to a perfectly rustic atmosphere accented by natural plank walls, exposed beam ceilings, and a gas fireplace with a stone hearth. The living room, the dining room, and the kitchen are open to each other, so you can prepare meals (using stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with bar seating), sit down to eat, and watch movies after dinner together with your loved ones. Just beyond the kitchen is an expansive sunroom with a view of the backyard and an access point to a multi-level deck with a gas grill, outdoor seating, new private hot tub, and wonderful views of the property and the playhouse below. As the day's clothes refresh themselves in the washer/dryer each evening, you can gather around the firepit for s'mores and stories and watch TV in the living room or the den on the first floor.
This country home sits within sight of the French Broad River eight miles north of downtown Sevierville. You'll be just one mile west of the Mountain Cove Marina and Sevier County Park on the shores of Douglas Lake, and 14 miles north of the heart of Pigeon Forge and the ever-iconic Dollywood. If you're hoping to explore the countless wonders of nature nearby, the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is only 21 miles south.

Clean place that is still close to town but far enough away to get away from the busy town. Would highly recommend this for families looking for that perfect Tennessee get away spot! Great amenities with this cabin.

Nice cabin convenient to pigeon forge
Not the best views but nice and would definitely stay here again

Beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. It was a country setting but only a few minutes from town.

The house was absolutely adorable, it accommodated our large family and our children had a blast.

Cabin was close to gatlinburg and peigion forge , plenty of room for three couples . Yard was great for the dogs !
Charles T.Aug 2022
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin had plenty of room inside and out. Great getaway.
Lori N.Aug 2022
Lots of space, indoors and out. Super clean and well-furnished. We loved this cabin and hope to return for another stay.

In-house was beautiful but about 10 full trash bags left in driveway, dirty kitchen towels on porch right by front door, and animal poop in room by sliding door! Very disappointing and have never had an issue with vacasa cleanliness before. Also didn’t have a welcome book or anything with instructions on how to leave house upon checkout as we have had in every other vacasa rental. Sunroom smelled like pee so bad you had to hold your breath to walk through. And had toys all over the floor so nobody cleaned it at all.
Kim, please accept our apology for the home's condition upon your arrival. This is never the standard we uphold in our homes nor indicative of our care. We are grateful you contacted us right away so we could work to address the issues and refund you for the inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback as a means to continually improve our services, and we hope we have the opportunity to better impress you in the future.

It was a nice cabin. The upstairs window air conditioning was very loud. My husband couldn’t fish any where it was all posted property.

The cabin was perfect. Spotless! The front porch was perfect. Spent a lot of time out there.

The cabins rooms were so big and clean. There was a big yard and 2 decks and a front porch. We loved the quietness of the cabin. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves peace and quiet and lots of room.

The longer we stayed the more we loved about it! It was so nice to have a large yard for the kids to run around in. They also had lots of fun things for our kids ages 6-13 to do. The little playhouse and swings were a fun bonus too! The cabin was clean, and had a fully stocked kitchen for us to make Easter dinner. Lots of places to sit and hang out. we had 2 families of 4, and an extra adult, and it was the perfect size. Convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but a far enough to feel like we were in the country, and had space in between us and the neighbors. We will for sure try to rent it the next time we visit the area.

The cabin is very nice. The pictures shared in the site are accurate…however a bit misleading. This cabin is basically in a neighborhood. Not nearly as private as the pictures portray.
Thank you for your review, Stanley, we hope you enjoyed your stay! We appreciate you letting us know more about your stay and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We have passed your feedback to our local manager who will review the listing for accuracy. We hope to host you again in the future!

Everything was good . The only problem was the jacuzzi broke one day before we leave.
We're so glad you stayed with us and enjoyed your visit. A vendor is scheduled to come and take care of the hot tub. Thank you!

My family loved the cabin. So clean! Definitely will book again in the future

Very nice cabin not far from town. Only bad thing we found was the breaker kept kicking off in the game room when the kids tried to watch tv. Definitely would stay again!

Loved the open concept. We enjoyed the multi deck. The scenery is breathtaking and it is so quiet and peaceful. Very nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Lovely home. Well furnished. Comfortable beds. Large spacious yard and no hills to climb. Would stay again.

This is our second stay in this cabin and we love it. It is so quiet and secluded. Not close to the road. Has a huge yard for dogs to run. Plenty of driveway for multiple cars or 4 wheelers on a trailer. Very clean and now has a hot tub!

This house was the perfect space for our two families. Even though it's listed as 3 bedrooms, the den off the downstairs bedroom was perfect as a connecting room for the kids. The sunroom was a favorite hangout spot for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and we made good use of the gas grill. While the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were a bit of a drive (20 - 50 minutes), Douglas Lake and the dam swimming hole is just down the street. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space.
