This little paradise is located in a nice, quiet area close to the Bethany Beach boardwalk, South Coastal Library, and dozens of popular restaurants - such as DiFebo's, Bluecoast Seafood Grill & Raw Bar, Bethany Blues, The Cottage Cafe, Bethany Boathouse, and Grotto Pizza. You find lots to do within the Ocean View Beach Club community itself, such as swimming in the outdoor pools (open seasonally), brushing up on your game at the tennis court, or working out in the fitness center. There are also many fun activities in the surrounding area, such as kayaking/paddleboarding, miniature golf, and fantastic boutique shopping. If you're visiting in the summertime, be sure to check out the Bethany Boardwalk in the evenings where there is live music, entertainment, and movies throughout the week.

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Parking Notes: The garage is located to the rear of the house accessible from the alley located off Scarborough Lane. The garage can accommodate two small cars or one SUV, and the driveway can accommodate two cars or one large SUV. Overflow parking is available at the clubhouse. Short term street parking is available in front of the unit.
