Things to Know

• The dock is about 35 feet long, with a 50-foot mooring area. The water depth varies with the tide and depends on the distance to the dock. It is about three feet deep, close to the cement part of the dock, and over six feet at the end of the dock. No ropes are supplied, but most boats should be permitted. Swimming is permitted, but swim at your own risk due to oyster shells, etc.
