The full kitchen features full-size appliances, a dishwasher, and a bonus pantry space with extra cooking tools for guests to use. Younger You can enjoy resting in the built-in wall bunks. Both bedroom suites include a private balcony entrance, plus an en suite bathroom that includes a standalone shower and a soaking tub (one also features double sinks). In addition to everything in this condo, You can enjoy access to two shared pools (one heated seasonally), an outdoor shower, a lazy river, and a shared fitness room during their stay.

The HOA will not allow any boats, trailers, or jet skis on the property. Violators will be towed
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access
