Gorgeous newly renovated home South of 30A close to beach access with pool & W/D

South of 30A - you are roughly a half mile from the beach with no need to cross the highway! Make use of the four provided bikes and cruise to the beach or along the Timpoochee Trail to Seaside or the Hub. (Pro tip: parking a bike in Seaside is much easier than parking a car). If you love water sports, kayak or paddleboard on Eastern Lake (rentals available at Yellowfin Ocean Sports). Return home for a dip in the newly renovated shared pool (seasonally heated).
