The layout was roomy, especially the large bathroom with its roomy walk in shower. The light color scheme was pleasant.

We enjoyed staying here and even though we weren't IN the unit for long periods of time, we missed live TV. There are FOUR TV's in this unit, but none are connected to cable or dish. The location was nice, we LOVED the walkability of this community, we've stayed in other units in this community so we were looking forward to that. We don't use the community amenities as we come down to go to the beach, but the pools were still open at the end of September, so if we did, that would have been an added bonus.
It was definitely dog friendly and there were two sizes of dog dishes at the unit.
There were three coffee makers, not sure why.
Normal wear and tear for a rental, but well supplied with everything you need and nothing "worn out" just end of season things and everything seemed to work fine.
No complaints (except for the lack of live tv), we'd rent this unit again.

The condo is perfectly located next to the Sun Ridge complex. It was clean and well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. Carpet did have some stains on it but that's to be expected for a rental property.

I had tickets to the Trombone Shorty concert at Freeman Arts Pavilion & had no idea the venue was walking distance from the condo! What a bonus! Great location, clean, spacious,. The only noise level were the AC units below the balcony (which is screened in! Another bonus!)

The location of this condo is great - a short drive to all of the area beaches and attractions. The suite itself is large enough that my small family could spread out when needed. The suite seemed to be thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. A few things I wished I would have known prior to booking:

-The carpet could use a a deep cleaning as there are many, many dark stains (wine?) all over the place from previous renters. This is due to the dining room table being placed over carpet. If you have small kids, the carpeted dining space may result in stressful dining situations.

-Several walls could also use a coat of paint or, at the very least, a good wipe down with a magic eraser. Again, the carelessness of previous renters have left marks on many of the walls, some inexplicably above waist height.

-A light bulb was out in one of the floor lamps and either maintenance or a previous renter grabbed one from a multi-bulb fixture above the dining room table, leaving that light non-functional. The bulb is also a different style and warmth making for a strange mix of light in the living room. It was disappointing that such an easy fix was not addressed prior to our arrival.

-Furniture on the patio is small but functional. You should know that it will be a tight fit if six adults plan on using this space at one time.

-A coffee maker is provided but is a very small Mr. Coffee that can only make enough for around two standard coffee mugs per pot. If you have serious coffee drinkers in your group you might want to think about bringing your own machine.

-The elevator is across from the entrance to the suite but noise was never a major issue during our stay. We met several other tenants/renters during our stay and everyone was welcoming and friendly.

-The parking space in the garage is convenient but was VERY tight for our mid-size SUV. The passenger side offers more space for exit/entrance than the driver’s side when a car is parked next to yours and you pull in nose first. This is due to the support columns in the garage.

Overall, our stay was nice and we would rent again but we would hope to see the lighting and cosmetic issues addressed in the home. Soap, paper towels, toiletries and a few other items were provided to get our stay started. These were nice touches and were appreciated.

We loved the resort- nice ponds, trails and perfect for our family and two dogs. Unfortunately, our last night, we had problems with the plumbing in the kitchen. A technician responded quickly, although they did not have the part to repair. That was an inconvenience that evening and the next morning. Overall, it was a great place for us. Very comfortable beds, and lots of TVs with adequate seating. We will plan to go to Bayside again.

This condo was just what we needed! The community in itself has so much to do you don’t need to travel outside of it! But if you choose, fenwick island and ocean city are super close with lots to do!

This condo is spacious with a perfect location near the pool in Bayside. Slept 8 comfortably. Fully equipped with all the essentials. Definitely will stay here again!

Loved the condo. Just what you needed to have a nice weekend in the Ocean City area. We love staying in the Bayside community, they have everything you need. Will definitely stay again.
