This was our first time on Sullivan’s Island and we loved it! Very comfortable, nice house. Plenty of room to spread out, comfortable king bed, fabulous screened porch. While you can’t see the ocean, you can hear the waves and it’s a quick walk to a beach access. Nice, quiet residential area for walking and biking. The house was clean, although some pots and dishes were not. The first impression of the house - coming up some stairs underneath the house and into a hallway by the kitchen - is not great. But once you get past that, the house is very easy to love. It feels like it may be in the middle of updates/maintenance. The appliances look brand new as do the light fixtures, yet the kitchen and bathrooms are pretty dated, but completely functional. Smart TVs in the bedroom was a nice touch, but the living room TV was not as far as we could figure out. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at the house.

I stayed at this house with my family and my sister`s family. It was a great set up for multiple families and small children. The house was very close to the beach and was easy to walk with our kids and beach equipment. They had all essentials we needed, which was nice. Only issue we had was there was a bunch of broken glass in and around the rock walkways underneath the house, so we had our kids stay away from that area. Went with a group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) Great location with a close walk to the beach. The property rental company Turnkey management was super responsive and helpful. The beach was great and not crowded. Would definitely recommend it. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This property is great overall. The one thing it needs is some serving pieces- platters, bowls etc. They have some really small, thin plastic plates and bowls that are of similar quality or less than paper plates.
This is a nice house that holds 10 people. We like to cook in the house every night and it would be really nice to have some ceramic platters and bowls. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
