Amazing views from all the decks with all the amenities and space anyone/any group could need. Access to the resort was an added plus with plenty of facilities to play and explore Lake Lure.

Breathtaking views & nicely updated mountain home for our family of 6 we had plenty of room for even a few more if needed.

Incredible views and plenty of space to spread out. We'll probably book this place again in the future. It was also very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and hikes. Truly a great hideaway!

We absolutely loved this home. It has a really neat layout, nicely stocked kitchen, porches with amazing views, and very comfortable beds (which is always high on our list). The Rumbling Bald Resort was such a nice bonus. We spent a lot of time there at the indoor pool, pickleball, golf course, yard games, lake/beach and covered area for our lunches. If the permanent passes aren’t there which was our case, you can get temporary ones at customer service inside of Legends.
We had a few glitches with a broken toilet and the guest passes but the rental company replied to texts and tried to help us.
I was worried about the roads after reading some of the other reviews because a few of us in my family get motion sick. But we took it slow and were totally fine. And my minivan did fine getting there. Could be tricky in snow and ice but not any other time of year.
We would love to return to this home and Spring Break was the perfect time to be here.

The house is lovely and the view is magnificent. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. No fault of the property, but dining options were limited due to local staffing challenges and distance - the house is at the top of a mountain making driving a little intimidating to us older drivers (especially after dark). Ingles grocery store was very nice though for those who want to eat in. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Our experience here was incredible. The home is perfect for a small group of friends wanting a nice mountain getaway. I would say you could sleep ten people there comfortably. just one heads up getting up to the house can be quite the adventure. Be patient and type in the resort address (go get your parking pass, then put in the house address) One of the many things we appreciated was the home was decorated in a modern mountain fashion. Typically when we stay anywhere in the mountains they feel they have to bring it inside too (but not here!) All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts did not skimp on finishes or comforts for their guests. Lastly the view is simply incredible, it was wonderful watching the sun set and rise on the deck. We couldn`t recommend this property more. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Wonderful get away to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming wedding with her bridal party! Beautifully appointed mountainside home with exceptional views. Spacious accommodations, comfortable bedding, and real wood burning fireplace. Wonderful deck with rocking chairs to sip your morning coffee! The house was perfect layout for our family gathering. The view gorgeous and an additional perk was the resort amenities that were included. Loved the two story fireplace and the outdoor gathering areas on both levels were great. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This house was amazing, it`s true that the photos don`t do the view justice. It`s quite a ways up but the roads up the mountain are well maintained, paved and wide enough that the driving doesn`t feel too precarious. The home was very well appointed and even included beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler that we used at the Lake. Would definitely stay here again.

The only issue we had was with trash still being on property when we arrived. But that was because the previous guests did not follow the clearly posted instructions and remove their own trash. TurnKey quickly resolved the issue and had someone come and pick up the trash. I was able to handle that all through their text message system, it was very simple. The photos do not do the views justice! Getting to this home is a little tough because of how steep the roads are (might be tough for some cars that are lower to the ground) but wow, is it worth it. The home was beautiful and welcoming and we had an amazing time. The views are truly breathtaking. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens for all of us. We had a lot of issues communicating with TurnKey and we`re not made aware that the washing machine is broken. It would not have been an issue, however we packed light anticipating that we would do laundry. I was also incorrectly told that there is only a Keurig machine for coffee, however there is a regular coffee machine in the home for those who prefer a pot of coffee over individual k-cups. The drive up to the house will convince you it is a mountain. The view from this house will convince you it was worth it. Down mountain the resort has nice facilities and the onsite restaurant was surprisingly good. Originally we thought to be trekking off to Ashville but the many curves on the local roads made that a bit more tedious than we had thought. After a Biltmore day we ended up enjoying more time at the house and feeling good about it. The house was equipped with everything we wanted for meal prep and much more than we used. Plenty of room to spread out in the house.
Nearby grocery Ingles has anything you need. Cheers for the owner and the property manager. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

It was a great getaway - the house was amazing as was the location. The pictures don`t do the house justice. Loved the decor and style of the house and the view was gorgeous. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks. The location is atop Youngs Mountain and overlooked Rumbling Bald golf course and Lake Lure. We were `on the clouds!` The road up to the house was very windy, but easily drivable. On rainy days we stayed in the house as we didnt want to worry about slippery roads, though I assume everything would have been fine. Each morning we took a morning walk and only saw local neighbors. It was lovely to just be in a peaceful place.

The house was very comfortable, layout of the house great. With just my wife and I, we used the upstairs for meals and TV, and then retired downstairs to the family area for longer stints in front of the TV. Furniture was very comfortable, very nicely decorated. Master shower great, bathtub a great bonus! Sitting on the deck for morning coffee or watching the sun go down in the evening was great. And the grill was big, clean and produced some award winning meals.

Rumbling Bald resort was fantastic, becuase we were secluded in the Mountains, driving down two miles and hitting some tennis balls, golf balls or just walking on the beach was an added bonus. The local store `Ingles` (10 miles away) and town of Lake Lure was 20 miles away.

Some lovely extras in the house, Moscow Mule mugs, Glass beer mugs, blankets, fully stocked garage for occaisional screwdriver needs et al. Dishes, et al were plentiful.

Asheville was 60 minutes away, Black Mountain 45 minutes, Flowering Bridge and Chiminy rock like 35 minutes. The local Hiking trails are great. There is a nice 4 miler at the top of Rumbling Bald which was well kept and really nice.

TV`s were streaming on YouTube, we didtn know this so it took us a bit to figure out the media situation. Also, because we are so high up, sometimes the TV`s have delays or just dont work. Internet was good, an issue here or there but good.

Turnkey was helpful with everything, though sometimes it seemed like a struggle to get hel This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Amazing top of the mountain views. House is tastefully decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked and a great gas grill on the deck. However, they don`t warn you about the steep turns and roads associated with getting to the top. Turnkey also publishes an entire page on their COVID cleaning which was non- existant. Upon arriving I noticed the trash cans were all full of trash in the kitchen and bathroom. The counters were clearly not wiped down, the kitchen sink had food crumbs and the bedsheets were not changed. Due to the threat of COVID, We were frantic as we had no idea who had previously stayed at the home. We all put on our masks and gloves and started cleaning. I contacted the management company and they apologized. I took pictures and sent them to the management company. They need to supervise their cleaning people. Hopefully, we will not come down with COVID. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned out to be a nightmare.
