A leather sofa and two recliners set the scene for relaxation in the living area, which opens directly to the lanai. In the evening, sstream cinematic releases on the 64” smart TV.

Settle in with a good book in the den, which features a sleeper sofa and armchair. This space can also serve as an office.


Prepare favorite recipes in the heavenly kitchen, equipped with white granite countertops and a full suite of helpful appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather for delicious meals around the six-person dining table. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the table for four just off the kitchen.


This single-story home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms -- each equipped with a smart TV -- and a full-size sleeper sofa in the den.

Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct lanai access.

The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds.

Sleep soundly in a queen bed in the third bedroom.

Communication with Vacasa has been difficult. Originally booked through VRBO and then home was transferred to Vacasa. Home has a pool - listing states that it’s heated during the winter months, but we learned that it’s only heated if you request 72 hours in advance and pay $32/day. This was a big surprise to me and Vacasa still hasn’t helped solve. Listing should also be updated to clearly communicate to future bookings. Additionally, the pool needs work - pool light is burned out and pool overall is quite old and needs some work. There were not sufficient paper products left at the house for the duration of our stay and I ended up going out and buying additional. Landscaping crew came during our stay as well and was there for several hours - lots of noise during kids nap time. I would suggest updating the listing to mention that the home has 4 bedrooms vs 3 as there is a separate room with a couch bed. Neighborhood is quiet overall - location is within 5 min of publix which was convenient.

We wanted to get away for a long weekend with our beloved dog and this was just the ticket. The location was great - close to Fisherman`s Village and other restaurants which were dog friendly. The home itself was very comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the home was supplied with most of what we needed (minus a few paper products). We had friends down for one night of our stay and they were comfortable as well. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This was a bit big for our needs but was the only house available with a king bed -which we cannot live without. I’m also a competitive bodybuilder & having a full well stocked kitchen is a huge priority for preparing a physique -friendly diet. Loved this place & a bonus was the local YMCA within walking distance for my workouts. Turnkey was excellent with timely communication to meet all our needs. The original door code didn’t work but we had a new one provided quickly by Turnkey with one phone call. I do suggest a motion detection light over the front door, as it was hard to punch in door code in the dark but otherwise very happy & will return!!
