• Wristband fee required from March 1, 2023 thru March 31, 2023 for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.
• This condo is accessible via two flights of stairs.
