Fans in each room along with the altitude and fresh mountain air keeps a cool temperature throughout the home.

This home has two dedicated living areas fit to entertain the whole family. Vaulted ceilings soar in the skylit living room, detailed with a smart TV and a wood-burning stove. The lower level den was remodeled in 2022, complete with a smart TV, a new wet bar and fridge, and a desk/workstation.

The updated kitchen is configured with ample counter space and stainless steel appliances. The cooking space is fully stocked with pots, pans, and counter appliances such as a microwave, toaster, blender, and crockpot. A dual Keurig is provided for single-serve coffee or brewing a full pot.

Gather at the six-person dining table or perch at the bar for two.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, while the two guest bedrooms each provide a queen bed. The downstairs den includes a queen sofa bed as well.

The upstairs and main-floor bathrooms were newly remodeled in 2022, with a walk-in shower on the main floor and a tub/shower combination upstairs. The first-floor bath has a walk-in shower as well.

Surrounded by gorgeous aspen, spruce, and pine trees, the back deck features a gas grill as well as a seating area that’s perfect for stargazing.

A brand-new private hot tub offers ultimate relaxation.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-FI, board games, provided firewood, and a washer/dryer.
