With its cheery, sophisticated beach decor, a TV, and comfy seating, it’s a great place to gather the whole family or a group of friends for a fun, memorable reunion. The kitchen and dining areas are open to the living space and welcoming. The kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. Four can sit at the kitchen island, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack between beach trips. The dining table can accommodate everyone for a group meal.

The beach-themed design continues through the three bedrooms. Relax in the primary suite, with its king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. Kids will love the bunk room, which is outfitted with a unique bunk bed and built-in dresser storage. Two can sleep on the full lower bunk, one on the upper bunk, and another in the trundle bed.

Our townhome is conveniently located in a new community near the ocean. That means fantastic balcony views of the community pool, the path to the beach, and gorgeous ocean vistas.

In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
