The spiral staircase leads up to the sitting area with access to a balcony. Gather around the glass-top dining room table (seats six) for dinner or a fun family game night; sip coffee and read the morning paper at the kitchen bar (seats four). The open-concept modern kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove, double oven, and a walk-in pantry. The complimentary WiFi is set up for remote work, and a washer/dryer is convenient for long-term stays.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and big picture windows. The en-suite bath boasts a double vanity, a sunken tub with jets, tile shower, and walk-in closet. Three of the four bedrooms are on the lower level, as well as a guest bath with tub/shower combination. Guests will appreciate the minimalist decor, bright windows, and full-size beds in the second and third bedrooms. Let the kids take over the fourth bedroom, furnished with two twin beds, a TV, and another gaming system. A main-level half bath adds convenience. Home DOES NOT have any air conditioning.

THINGS TO KNOW
- Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
- This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
- Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
- Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in a guest fine of up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10pm; violations will result in an immediate fine. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/ noisy groups. VHR License #5135
