The HOA at this property is very strict with parking permits and the unloading zone. Do not leave your vehicle unattended in the unloading zone as they will tow it. It is also advised to not leave your vehicle in a parking spot within the parking lot unattended until a parking permit has been put inside the vehicle.
The HOA on site does keep tabs on vehicles belonging to units and if they see that you have an extra parking pass and 2 vehicles parked in the parking lot, they will tow BOTH vehicles.
