The second floor comprises an enormous master suite. This isn’t just a suite, though, it’s a self-contained studio. There’s a king bed, 40” TV, generous seating area with queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and private balcony with beach views. The spacious bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
On the third floor, you’ll find additional bedrooms. The second bedroom has two twin beds and nautical-themed decor, with an adjoining full bathroom. The third offers a queen bed, TV, armchair, and en-suite bathroom.
Up on the fourth floor, cathedral ceilings soar over a spacious open-concept living area. A queen sleeper sofa faces the 55” TV, and there’s a dining table for six. A furnished balcony runs the length of the home and affords panoramic beach views.
The chef’s kitchen offers all-new stainless GE appliances, high-end finishes and fixtures including Corian countertops, and a farmhouse sink.
There is parking for up to three cars in the driveway.
THE LOCATION
A private path at the side of the house runs straight to the beach. With white sands just a few steps away, and the Intracoastal Waterway running past the other side of the road, you’re surrounded by glorious water views on all sides. The Seaside Seabird Sanctuary—one of the oldest and largest wild bird sanctuaries in the States—is a 5-minute stroll away.
Walk up to Salt Rock Grill for waterfront seafood and steak, 0.8 mile, or kick your heels up at the Friendly Tavern, 0.5 mile. There are plenty of other restaurants within an easy walk or short drive.
Island Marine Rentals, 2 miles from home, is the place to rent a boat and head out on the sapphire water.
