After a day at the beach, kick back in the light and airy living area, furnished with a plush sofa and love seat. Make some popcorn and watch favorite shows on the TV. There is also a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, enjoy vacation meals together at the dining table. Sip morning coffee on the covered balcony, furnished with table seating. When you arrive, you will need to stop by the Inverness office to pick up parking passes as well as the key fob for access to the building, pool, and parking garage. Office hours are Monday-Saturday from 8 am-1 am and Sundays from 9 am-1 am. If you have any questions about hours, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Inverness office. Please ensure you arrive before the office closes, as access will be limited to those with key fobs after that time. The key fob must be returned to the Inverness office upon check-out. If the key fob is not returned, there will be a $100 replacement fee.

Parking passes must be displayed in the vehicle for the duration of the stay. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the complex garage or the parking lot. Additional street parking is also available.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.
