Retreat to this spacious 1,200 square foot 2BR/2BA Gulf getaway in the heart of South Padre Island. The first-floor condo features a large poolside patio, nautical-inspired design elements, and tile flooring throughout.

This oceanfront condo offers easy access to a hub of nearby activities. Convenient Suntide II on-site amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and direct beach access.

LIVING AREA

Unwind on the large sectional sofa in the living room and enjoy favorite shows on the 40” flat screen TV. The couch doubles as a sleeper sofa for extra guests.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets needed to prepare family favorite meals. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three or gather at the dining table with seating for four.

This condo includes two bedrooms that sleep six total.

The primary suite is outfitted with a king bed and 40” TV with a DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and large walk-in closet.

Good location, well equiped, and good support via phone from management company. Issues: backdoor didn't work and the view was not the one in the pictures. There's a big dune covering the view and the pool just outside the window.

We have stayed here for years (over 20). This condo has declined greatly with nothing being updated but the price is still set for everything to be working correctly. The stove/oven is hard to cook on. One burner cooks but not very well. The coffee pot does not work. The dishwasher has a foul smell coming from it if you use it. We had to hand wash all dishes all week. The blinds in the room closest to the pool do not close all the way so at night you could see into our condo. The back door does not latch. The only way to fully close the door is to deadbolt it. For what we paid I expected things to be working correctly.

The property was very old, had a bit of an odor to it, and was not well taken care of. There were multiple holes in the wall that had been painted over rather than fixed. There were stains on the old plastic bathtub. The shower curtain and one of the towels provided were disgusting. The whole unit was very dark with little lighting. The doornob latch and one of the two deadbolts on the back door were rusted in place and would not latch. There is no key provided to the back door so you cannot go in and out that way to the beach which was the whole reason I rented this first floor unit. The listing said dogs were allowed but there is a big no dog sign on the front door and another in the parking lot that says no dogs allowed on the Suntide II property. The list goes on. Not a terrible place - they had cleaned it and the AC worked well but overall it was not well taken care of and not worth the price when much nicer places rent for less.
