THINGS TO KNOW
- Starting September 2025, the entire complex will be repainted, walkways and balcony floors will be re-coated, and windows on the south and east sides of the building will be re-sealed and re-caulked. We are currently waiting on more details from the HOA regarding the schedule and which walkways will be affected. We will contact guests with any updates that may impact access to their unit.
