THINGS TO KNOW

  • Starting September 2025, the entire complex will be repainted, walkways and balcony floors will be re-coated, and windows on the south and east sides of the building will be re-sealed and re-caulked. During this time, some walkway access may be temporarily restricted for a few days while sections are being worked on. Work will be done in phases to minimize disruption. We are currently waiting on more details from the HOA regarding the schedule and which walkways will be affected. We will contact guests with any updates that may impact access to their unit.

  • Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
  • Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
