Stayed in colarado and no complaints. Our garbage disposal was broken upon arrival and they fixed it quickly. Extremely fast responses will use them again for sure! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

My family of 5 enjoyed our time at this townhome. The townhome was super clean when we arrived and had plenty of supplies that were needed. It was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, some toiletries. We didn`t do any cooking, but it was stocked with all of the cooking supplies we would have needed if we chose to cook. The house was very quiet and had space for all of us at night. It was close to everything we needed and was an easy drive to the slopes in Beaver Creek. It was also a short drive to Vail where our family ate dinner one night. The home sits on the golf course and my kids loved going out in the back to play in the open space in the snow. We enjoyed our time in Avon for our spring break! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We really enjoyed the house (It`s really a duplex). It was perfect for our family. We were six adults. The interior was very clean and well kept. The only negative is the lawn needed to be mowed (grass was nearly a foot tall) and the deck was filthy with leaves in the corners. There was also lawn debris and trash left on the side of the house. The neighbors are not happy with the lawn care and lack of exterior upkeep. Worse yet, their complaints have been ignored.
