This is a townhouse-style two-level villa is accessed from the ground floor (it is not part of the mid-rise Cutter Court building). The famed Harbour Town Lighthouse is only a 5-minute walk away. There are several restaurants within close walking distance from the villa, including the casual Harbourside restaurant which frequently features live music, the Harbour Town Bakery & Café, and the newly reopened Quarterdeck restaurant.
Bicycles are readily available for rent on the island and it is a short leisure trail bike ride to the beach club, or to south beach to visit the Salty Dog.
The seasonal Sea Pines Trolley stops just outside the property and offers complimentary transportation to the beach club and around Sea Pines during the summer season. Additional restaurants and activities are available within a bicycle ride or a short drive.
