This 2BR/2BA condo is perfect for exploring one of America's best beach towns! Located in the Bluff Villas at the Sea Pines Plantation, your third-floor cove-front perch boasts a freshly painted and decorated interior as well as a private waterfront balcony.

Walk 5 minutes to the beach or take the free trolley to move about the area. Resort-style amenities include a pool and beach club, as well as easy access to several shops and dining options throughout the Sea Pines resort.

LIVING AREA

After a day at the beach, settle into the living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and armchair. Kick back and watch a movie on the 55' cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances. Craft a morning coffee using the Keurig machine.

Nibble on snacks at the breakfast table, outfitted with seating for two. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the glass-top table set for four.

BED & BATH

This single-story condo sleeps up to six guests over two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, detailed with a comfortable king bed and 42' cable TV with Roku. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds and a 43' cable TV, while the second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy scenic views of Braddock Cove on the private balcony, furnished with seating for your whole group

Soak up the sun by the South Beach Club seasonal pool (4' deep) and kiddie pool. Please note there is a $15 daily or $75 weekly fee per family to access the pool.

Additional guest perks include beach gear, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles in the open lot.

Sea Pines gate/vehicle passes must be purchased upon arrival at the security gate for $10/day or $22/week per vehicle (subject to change). Motorcycles, trailers, and commercial vehicles are not permitted. Trailers and RVs will be parked as directed by resort personnel.

Complimentary shuttle transportation is provided via the seasonal trolley.

This third-floor unit is only accessible via stairs.

This unit has a great location next to the South Beach Marina, very short walk to the beach on the channel that is teeming with dolphins and other wildlife!! All the rooms overlook sunrise over the waterway from the Salty Dog out to the Sound, busy with all sorts of water play! The unit is comfortable, spacious for the area and well appointed! Oversized bathroom with laundry was a lifesaver with 2 little ones! Loved it!

Very convenient and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back. One small improvement would be that lights in all the rooms flickered a bit. But overall great spot, highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed the stay at the Bluffs. Very quiet, super clean, well-appointed and everything we needed. The condo is conveniently located beside the Salty Dog, across the street from the beach, and a very quiet street. We had all that we needed and in our opinion, the pictures are just the beginning. We would stay again and plan to in the future. Great getaway...

We stayed for 4 days with two small children. We loved the location of this renovated condo! View overlooked the marsh and it was a very short walk out the front door to the Salty Dog Cafe, beach access and the South Beach Trolley stops. Would definitely rent here again!

We LOVED the location of this condo! We could easily walk to the Salty Dog and all marina activities (kayak, jet ski rentals), bike rental, tennis and pickleball courts. The marsh view was very nice and added to the `beachiness` of the condo. As others have said, twin mattresses could use replacing. Turnkey was VERY responsive, even when I texted them late at night with a question. They clearly try hard for excellent customer service and succeed at it This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This condo was apparently recently renovated, with nice LVP and marble tile in the bathrooms. The area rugs made it feel cozy. It was very clean, the location is great, the check-in was very easy, and communication with TurnKey was excellent.

We encountered some maintenance problems during our stay, like a non-working clothes dryer, an open hole in the wall, a slowly draining shower, a broken door handle on the balcony. Some of this was resolved, and TurnKey also gave us a partial refund. Other issues should be fixed within a week or two. The kitchen worked pretty well, although some of the wallpaper in it is peeling. Many things are plugged into flimsy and somewhat unsafe power splitters. I would recommend upgrading those for safety and getting some surge protectors.

Ultimately though, this was a great condo for our family to have a vacation, and we would definitely stay here again. I was impressed with TurnKey as a company and will also consider other properties that they manage. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

As we were visiting family in the area, we didn’t spend a lot of time here but found the place to be exactly what we were looking for. We stayed for 4 nights and barely left Sea Pines. So much to do just outside the door of the condo. A one minute walk to The Salty Dog rest., the general store, and all of the rental features (pontoon boat, jet skis, kayaks, bait/tackle shop, bike rentals, etc.). A 4-5 minute walk to the beach where we saw dolphins, horseshoe crabs and rays every day, as well as a few sharks. The location is top notch. The condo appliances and furniture could use a bit updating, but to be honest, we weren`t in it much. There was a few suggestions I made to Turnkey regarding a leaky toilet valve that was audibly noticeable on the first night as well as a few really squeaky doors....not a big deal, just a friendly suggestion to them to address for future renters, and they were there within 90 minutes to fix it right away! The location was excellent if you prefer to be able to walk to the beach. The balcony view was nice as well. One of the reasons that we chose this property is because a pool was listed as an included amenity. It wasn`t until after we booked it and that we got sent information explaining how to pay for pool passes. I immediately sent my concern to the rental company and they responded quickly but they apologized for `my confusion`. I sent them direct quotes from their listing and had screenshots and they did not offer any pool passes or anything for their misleading listing. I hope that it has been fixed. The dryer did not work and the vent appeared broken when we first tried to do a load of laundry but the company responded immediately to our concern. Overall, location was great, unit was spacious, the company handled the dryer situation well, but the pool information was misleading and the company did not take ownership for their mistake. Nice updated unit. Great View of the South Beach Marina area - just steps away to all the `Salty Dog` amenities. Easy 5 min. walk to the Beach. For parents of very young kids - the waves and wind are less extreme than the full on beach.

Opportunities:
Not pleased w/ the Steep Pool access fees. Suggest owner provide a Guest Access Card for guests. This is a recent charge as have been staying in Sea Pines for decades and never had to pay, and pools never seemed over crowded either. Going forward we will only stay at units offering pool access or stop staying in Sea Pines.

Turnkey did a decent job communicating logistics, key codes, etc ahead of time. However, sent question re. pool access to Turnkey following their instructions as text but response was from Robot and did not recognize my number which was same as on reservation.

Turnkey and Owner should provide simple instructions re. TV usage - took a while to figure out which of the 4 remotes did what and that HDMI-3 was Television.

Both Toilets need maintenance. Master runs water frequently when not using so needs new valve or stopper. Hallway bathroom chain decoupled from handle stem and had to tie w/ a string.

Felt like there was price gouging on the cleaning fee which was twice what saw elsewhere, and also there is a $70 security fee - would like to get this security fee refunded - did not see any other rentals w/ this fee.

Would be a nice touch to include at least the first morning`s coffee/filters. Had to use paper towels for filter. Left 100 for other guests which we purchased day 2. A cutting board separate than the one made out of countertop material would be handy - as was not `discovered` until the 3rd day underneath the coffee maker.

Lower Stars due to pool access not included and steep fees.

Loved the balcony and how much space there was for a 2 BR, 2BA. It was walking distance to salty dog and the beach. The beach on that side of the island is more of a bay/cove but close enough drive to sea pines beach club as well! My only complaint is that the kitchen and bathrooms are pretty outdated and it didnt feel SUPER super clean.
