THINGS TO KNOW

Your unit is located in The Spa on Port Royal Sound.
Upon arrival, pick up your parking pass at the security gate and give your last name on the reservation. (Be sure to display your passes on the dashboard of your vehicles for the duration of your stay to avoid being ticketed or towed.)
The on-site fee for the parking pass is $20 and must be paid in cash only. If you’d like a 2nd pass, please contact TurnKey at least 3 days prior to your arrival. The 2nd pass will cost $5 and must also be paid in cash at the security gate upon arrival.
First-come, first-serve parking is available in the lot in front of the building.
No boats of any kind are allowed on the property (including kayaks and canoes). Security will not let you on the property if you bring a boat.
Access Instructions:
Turn right after the security gate, left before the clubhouse, and find parking in front of Building B/Beachwalk. Follow signs to this ground-floor unit, clearly marked 3108. The main entrance door is equipped with a TurnKey digital lock. It is the last unit at the end of the building if you pass the clubhouse on your left.
