**From April 26, 2021 until July 16, 2021, from 9 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday, weather permitting, painting of the exterior of the building will be taking place. High work will require that the painter use an extension ladder to access certain areas of the building. The painter will need to enter your condo to open windows and paint the exterior door and balcony area. The painter will move the lanai table and chairs and place them in the condo when painting the balcony. We ask that you assist with the preparation by removing your personal items from the outside furniture and placing them inside the condo until the work is complete. Thank you!
