Guests may use Puu Poa's shared pool, landscaped grounds, and beach access. This unit has air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and a private lanai. The oceanfront resort setting also has a private entrance and a lit path to the door.

* Please Note: Hideaway Beach is accessed by a five-minute hike down the private trail and can be difficult for those with mobility issues. Puu Poa Beach access is across the street down a long stair path, so it’s best to pack light!

The neighborhood:
Princeville sits high on Kauai's green North Shore, where lookouts, golf, and broad ocean views set the pace. Hanalei is about four miles down the hill for beach days, local dining, and a slower town afternoon. Stop at the Hanalei Valley lookout on the way, then choose Hanalei Bay or Anini Beach for the day. It is a great base for families who want Kauai's lush scenery with supplies and restaurants close enough for easy planning.

Getting around:
Lihue Airport (LIH) is about 40 minutes from Princeville along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended because North Shore beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville has walkable access to some shops and dining, while Hanalei Bay is a short drive away. Parking is typically available in property lots or driveways.
