Enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool. Inside, this condo offers a cozy balcony with side views of the ocean and the beach, a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed, wall-to-wall windows, an inviting dining area with water views, A/C, and free WiFi!
Things to Know
PARKING: ONE parking space available. (Space 122). There is a $75 per week, non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri. This payment is separate from your reservation and will due upon check-in (in the office located on the second floor during regular hours of operation and at the security desk after hours). If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 Per day or $55 per week for each space. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
