Carrara marble top vanities for both bathrooms and upgraded Kohler one piece toilets and Delta shower with sliding doors. New mattresses in bedrooms and new living room furniture. Three TVs with cable and HBO. Two Apple TV connections. Renters locker in the basement for beach equipment. The building offers a covered pool, gym and sauna.
Things to Know
- Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time.
- A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
